Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Session payment is due at the time of booking. 24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment via text or e-mail. In the event of lateness or cancellation, please text or e-mail immediately. Cancellations/Rescheduling with less than 24-hours notice will be subject to the full session fee.
It is understood that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling must be done no less than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. All rescheduled appointments, less than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $10 processing fee.
A no-call or "no-show" will result in the full session fee. I will wait 15 minutes past the appointed start time for calls/appointments, unless we have communicated otherwise.
If the client is late, time will be taken from the session. If half the session is passed, the result will be a no-call or "no-show".
With payment of any services, gifts, and/or merchandise, purchaser and/or client agrees that the information received is not a substitute for counseling, programs or treatment from a licensed medical, legal, or financial professional. Jennifer Love provides no guarantees, prognosis, diagnosis, or implied warranties and is not responsible for any interpretations, decisions made or actions taken by clients. Jennifer Love encourages second opinions and upon request, may offer referrals to a similar or alternative professional. Intuitive readings are for entertainment purposes only.

- Angel card readings are not a substitute for counseling, programs, or treatment from a licensed medical, legal or financial professional. I encourage clients to seek guidance from alternative professionals and make no guarantees, prognosis, diagnosis or implied warranties from any interpretations, decisions made or actions taken by clients.
- I do not knowingly give readings to anyone under the age of 18 unless parental permission is given. Those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent.
- The laws regarding psychic and spiritual advice change from country to country and state to state; I take responsibility to learn and adhere to local laws.
- I will never conduct an angel reading under the influence of alcohol, mind-altering, or illegal drugs.
- I will never conduct an angel reading for anyone under the influence of alcohol, mind-altering, or illegal drugs. I will always ask for honesty from my clients. These sessions can be emotionally draining or cause clients to lose emotional or mental control. If I'm unsure or become aware that the client is under the influence, I will end the session immediately, offering a full refund.
- I always have my client's best interest's at heart (even if they are family or friends).
- I will never use threatening language to clients, about clients, or share premonitions or predictions that may suggest fearful experiences, harmful behavior or death. This includes language around curses, punishment from angels or a higher power, or warnings that could be damaging or include implications to lifestyle or life.
